Here is my testimony

Yesterday started as a bit of a trying day.  I won't go into details, but things had gone wrong pretty much all day.  However, I tried to not get down, prayed some, and had faith that somehow things were going to turn around, and I was worry free.
Around 8 PM, I was re-packing a box to ship something.  I was using a large and very sharp exacto knife, and trying to cut a stubborn piece of duct tape.  The knife slipped and the blade went across my 4th finger briskly and somewhat severe (I am also a keyboard player).  I have accidentally cut fingers before, and I knew that the blade had gone in, and this could be serious.  Instead of dealing with it from a cut standpoint, I immediately called on Jesus, and that if it be his will, please help me now with this cut.  I looked at my finger and there was no blood.  When I was about to apply pressure to the finger to see if it would induce bleeding, a voice told me not to, to not touch it, and that to believe that it is healing.  I looked at it, and could clearly see the knife's line, but it did not bleed, and all of my fingertip feeling/sensation was intact.  This morning as I look at the finger, it is perfect, not even a mark, and feels fine.  Praise the Lord!
I was euphoric last night about the finger, and that alone would have more than made up for any earlier troubles that day.  However, within a few moments, the phone rang.  I had signed a contract to buy my first house three days earlier, and earlier in the day the other parties were not returning calls and it seemed as though things were not going to go through.  On this call, the realtor told me happily that the contract had been signed and would be dropped off later that night.  I was also a bit short on cash and had items for sale on E-bay.  I was making some progress, but a few items were not doing well at all earlier.  When I went to the computer later, every one of my items were sold and at fair prices.
For me, In a matter of minutes, Jesus had stopped a serious wound from happening, and totally reversed the ill fortunes of the earlier part of the day.  This is not to mention forgiving me of all of my sins, as he died innocently nailed to a cross to pay for all of them.
Go out and give of yourself and try to do something good for others each and everyday  Do not be consumed with how things are going for you personally.  Praise God for the countless and wonderful blessings he has given you.  Ask God/Jesus for help to do good things, to give you strength, to resist the temptation of sin, and confess and repent  when you slip up.  Know that no matter what happens, Jesus has died for your sins, you are forgiven, and if you believe with all of your heart, you can be with him in his glorious Kingdom forever after you leave this temporary world. Love God and Jesus, love everyone, hate no one, forgive those who hurt you, give without expectation of anything in return, open your eyes to the beauty and wonder if God's creation, and move forward in confidence and peace.  May God and Jesus be with you always!!!!
